Meeting of Yadav Community was organized on January 03, 2010 by Prof. Ranbir Singh Yadav and Babu Jagjit Yadav in the Presidentship of H.M. Jai Singh Yadav in Anand Samaroh Sthal, Model Town, Rewari. In that meeting, several Yadavs participated but only those are mentioned who remain active in Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari, till now are Babu Jagjit Singh Yadav, HM Jai Singh Yadav, HM Tulsi Ram Yadav, Dr. Kanwar Singh Yadav, Ram Singh Yadav, Naresh Kumar Kosliya, Mukesh Rao and Anand Yadav.
They took their keen interest to stimulate the Yadav Community for making a “Strong Organization of the Community”. Meetings of Yadav Community were organized by Prof. Ranbir Singh Yadav on Every Sunday Fortnightly in Anand Samaroh Sthal, Model Town, Rewari. Prof. Ranbir Singh Yadav wanted to see the community united under one flag.
A huge mass of Yadav Community were taking their interest wirh great enthusiasm in meetings. A large Numbers of Youth wanted to come ahead to serve the Community. Many meetings were held and many personalities were suggested for the Governing Body. A lot of People are there but to mention the names of all them is not possible. Dr. Ishwar Singh Yadav and Anand Yadav provided their Samaroh Sthals for the Meetings of Yadav Community, Rewari.
During that Critical Period the Roles of many people of Community are admirable. The President of Yadav Kalyan Sabha, Rewari Rao Kuldeep Singh offered his voluntary resignation to nominate the young person as a President of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari. In Guidance and with the blessings of Swami Sharnanand Ji, Yadav Community has set an example of unity to nominate as President of Yadav Kalyan Sabha, Rewari, Rambir Yadav an earnest youth and elected him unopposed on September 25, 2011.
Rights to nominate the Patrons, Office Bearers and Executive Members of the Sabha were given to President Rambir Yadav. He organized a huge and balanced Governing Body of Yadav Kalyan Sabha, Rewari. President Rambir Yadav and his team members are well educated, hard working, honest and fully devoted to Yadav Kalyan Sabha, Rewari. They are working very hard for successful completion of various activities of Yadav Kalyan Sabha.
During that Tenure the life membership of Sabha increased and crossed the Number 1000. Whereas number of donors crossed 50. According to the new Society Act of Haryana Govt. 2012 the Registration was Renewed on 02/05/ 2013. The Registration Number changed from 147/ 1996 to 0059/2013. The main focus of Rambir's team was to get a Plot from Haryana Government for Yadav Bhawan at Rewari. So many plots were searched, some small plots were allotted to Yadav Kalyan Sabha. Yadav Kalyan Sabha Refused to take over those plots because it required a big Plot for such a Big Community of this District.
Although the efforts of Yadav Sabha for getting a big plot were being strong to stronger but the success was nearby. Haryana Govt. decided in Cabinet Meeting of June 15, 2014. to allot a plot of 3000 Sq. Yards for Yadav Bhawan in Rewari. PWD Deptt. allotted the plot on July 16, 2014 to Yadav Kalyan Sabha at the prime location in the heart of city i.e. the Land of old court of SDM on Col. Maha Singh Road. Rewari. The plot was allotted at concessional rate (10% of the Govt. Rate) @ Rs. 6500. per Sq. Yard. Total cost of plot of Rs. 1,95,00,000 ( One Crore and Ninty Five Lakhs only) was deposited within a month from the date of allotment of the plot.
It was because of untiring day and night efforts of Rambir Yadav's team that such a big amount was collected and deposited in such a short time. Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari has Organized the Annual Functions in 2012, 2013 and 2014 successfully under the theme “ Pratibha-Protsahan avam Samman Samaroh”. Hundreds of Brilliant Students were Awarded and 2-3 Dozens of eminent persons including Scientists, Doctors, Engineers, IAS, IPS, HCS and Judges were honored with “ Yadav Gaurav Samman” every year by Yadav Kalyan Sabha, Rewari. There is a Phrase that “ Visibility needs no evidence” Members of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari fully appreciated the good efforts of President Rambir Yadav and his Team.
The election of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari in the month of June, 2015 was conducted by new rules of Societies Act of 2012. According to Collegium System every representative of their wards were nominated unanimously. A general body meeting was organized of the members of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari under the presidentship of Swami Sharnanand Ji on 07/06/ 2015 in Anand Samaroh Sthal at Model Town Rewari. Sh. Rambir Yadav was elected again unanimously as President by the 105 Collegium Members of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari.
In that general body meeting of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Sh. Rambir Yadav was sworn in as president by Swami Sharnanand ji Maharaj. All the members assured the president to fully cooperate with him. The president also promised to the members to prove himself as a good servant of the community. He nominated the previous patrons, office bearers and executive members in his present team also. Some names were also added, but no name was removed.
The people of Yadav community showed their full confidence again in Rambir Yadav and his team members. The confidence, respect and love of the Yadav Community gave more moral strength to president and his team. During this tenure the Life Members increased to over 1400 and donors increased to over 200. After performing so many procedures on March 30, 2015, the foundation stone was laid by the local M.P. and Central Minister Rao Inderjeet Singh as the chief guest. All the Ex. & Present Ministers and MLA's of Ahirwal region were invited in the Function. Most of them attended that Function.
Yadav Kalyan Sabha, Rewari appointed Rao Gajraj Singh as an architect to archive the building plan of Shri Krishana Bhawan. The Satya Construction Company was selected by an open Tender for the construction works of Shri Krishan Bhawan. In the supervision of architect Rao Gajraj Singh the construction work of Shri Krishan Bhawan is in progress by Satya Construction Company Governed by Mr. Lalit Yadav.
A “Construction Committee” of Yadav Kalyan Sabha, headed by Ex President Rao Kuldeep Singh worked for quality control of construction & materials. Structural work of the Building was completed. Finishing and Furnishing works are in Process of completion. Estimated Budget Plan of this Five Storey Building is approximately Rs. 15. Crore. Shri Krishan Bhawan will be a Unique Multi - Purpose Building of the Ahirwal region.
Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari has organized the Annual Functions of 2015, 2016 & 2017 in its own castle named Shri Krishan Bhawan under the theme “ Pratibha-Protsahan avam Samman Samaroh” Successfully. Hundreds of Brilliant Students are awarded and 2-3 Dozens of Scientists, Doctors, Engineers, IAS, IPS, HCS and Judges are honored with “ Yadav Gaurav Samman” every year by Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari. Besides this Yadav Kalyan Sabha is organizing various functions on different occasions. Last Sunday of every month is the Monthly Meeting Day of Yadav Kalyan Sabha Rewari in Shri Krishan Bhawan.
